Bag-in-Box Packaging

Suitable for a wide range of oils and lubricants, specialist paints, coatings, and inks

  • Bag-in-Box available in 3-litre, 5-litre, 10-litre, 15-litre, 20-litre, and 25-litre sizes
  • UN versions for Packing Groups II and III (specific to 5-litre, 10-litre, and 20-litre packs)
  • Available in a non-UN format, e.g. for food applications and non-hazardous products
  • Wide range of closures, adaptors, and tap fittings can be selected for optimum processing
  • Up to 80% reduction in material compared to similar sized rigid plastic containers
  • Bags recycled where facilities exist; boxes recycled through established waste processing streams
  • Manual, semi-auto, and fully automated filling equipment available from approved third-party vendors
  • Allows reduction in plastic packaging, which in turn reduces PPT and EPR liabilities

Performance Tested Packaging for Dangerous Goods

We stock and supply a wide range of tested packaging for the transport of dangerous goods, including fibreboard, polyboard, and HDPE boxes or pallet packs. Liners and vermiculite are also available for cushioning inner packagings and work as excellent absorbents for liquid chemicals.

4GV UN Boxes

The UN licensed boxes comprise a Primary Range of nine boxes plus a Secondary Range of five boxes for less rigorous applications.

Both ranges of boxes are tested to cover many hazardous substances, liquid or solid, over a range of weights and sizes.
